Disaster off the coast of Vietnam - passenger ship capsized

Typhoon Yagi capsized a passenger ship off the coast of Vietnam with winds exceeding 200 km/h. Vietnamese authorities said four people were killed and dozens injured as a result of the typhoon, and 12 people were missing at sea.
