Above State Law CAP Rental Hikes in San Diego, CA and ANONYMOUS Public Servants

In this episode of Rousing Revelations, I share a call I placed to a San Diego-based Fair Housing agency and inquire about the generic, general guidelines regarding rental increases for low-income housing as I have learned that a lot of folks are victims of illegal and unlawful rental increases above the state of California cap.

I spoke with someone at CSA Fair Housing, San Diego, CA who identified herself as, "Heidi" who then transferred be to a "counselor" whose name I didn't catch. I
This "counselor" refused to repeat her name. It could be, "Abba" or "Ava" or "Eva." What do you hear?

These two public servants with whom I spoke should be fired. Do you agree?
