Gun-Free Zones Just got Weird...er.

Three court cases were just heard out of the 9th Circus (9th Circuit Court of Appeals) dealing with sensitive places. In a nutshell, California and Hawaii called every place a sensitive place so no one could carry anywhere. Some of those places, adverse to the US Constitution and the NYSRPA v Bruen decision were upheld. Others Sensitive places were struck down. Gun free zones don't work. The original idea was to limit damage due to negligent discharges. This is substantively different than the threats we concern ourselves with today. Sensitive places should no longer exist.
