Rights of Individuals, Local, State and Federal via our Constitution

America is unique in that it was set up to be a constitutional republic. We are a nation of individuals who have recognized God-given rights. Rights of individuals triumph over all of the rights of government. Next in the line is local rights: such as city, county and tribal. As the United States of America, States rights are very strong. Finally, at the last of the list is Federal rights. This is how our Constitution defines and lays out the rights of the peoples of the United States of America!
