Private CT Scan Reports Collected

I collected the CT scan reports from the reception of Loxford Polyclinic, which were conducted at Queen Square Imaging. The reports were sent to the GP instead of directly to me, although they won't share the reports on the portal, I was able to obtain the report on September 7th.

Everything is documented for the safety of both myself and others.
