Cinnamon Roll Energy Bites:

Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup almond butter (or any nut butter)
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup ground flaxseed (or chia seeds)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
1-2 tbsp water (if needed)
Instructions:
Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond butter, honey, ground flaxseed, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir until well combined.

Add Water: If the mixture is too dry, add 1-2 tablespoons of water, one at a time, until the mixture sticks together.

Add Chocolate Chips (optional): If using mini chocolate chips, fold them into the mixture.

Form Bites: Using your hands, roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls. You should be able to make around 10-12 bites.

Chill: Place the bites in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes to firm up.

Store: Keep them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
