On the work to dismantle the aircraft in a wheat field in the Novosibirsk region

The engineering and technical staff of the airline began dismantling parts and units from the aircraft (AC), which landed in a wheat field on September 12 last year. The work will be carried out in stages in accordance with the technologies for dismantling each unit and element.

The AC parts that are airworthy have been tested. They will be re-tested and can then be used for their intended purpose. The AC elements that were damaged will be repaired.
The airline plans to complete the dismantling work on the aircraft by December 2024.
