Be present

Never say never...until you really mean it.

Sometimes I get sad thinking about all the time I missed out on because I wasn't present with my life.

I can't do anything about that but I can pay attention to what's happening right now.

Life is happening, it's right in front of us.

It may not be perfect, there may be so much going on...but it's still ours to have and live.
