Are real estate brokers letting down the public?

Many Real Estate Brokers have failed the public. The high cost of bad reputations are a result of absent leadership and training, combined with the low barrier to entry and management oversight. Why are brands not focusing more on the homebuyers and sellers satisfaction? Also, many Brokers care more about the number of agents on their rosters and transactions on the boards, then they do buyers and seller satisfaction.
