Former New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio sent out some bizarre tweets today, eating pizza and speaking in what appears to be coded language.

This isn’t the first time de Blasio has dabbled in cryptic messaging—he once read the book 'Secret Pizza Party' to children, a story that encourages keeping secrets.

Here are some examples of some of the passages from the book:

1. I know what you’re thinking. Why would we keep such a delicious, delicious party a secret? Okay, sure.

2. It’s so folks don’t show up to bonk you with brooms, but that’s not the only reason.

3. When you make something secret, you make it special.

Surprisingly, the author of the book was not John Podesta.
