Roger Reynolds is Suing Nancy Nix at the Supreme Court

This is a case that shows why civilian oversight is the key to good government. After being cleared of any criminal wrong doing, Roger Reynolds wants his old job as Butler County Auditor back. But he resigned and encouraged Nancy to take over his office for the good of Butler County voters. But now he's changed his mind and has turned against his friend. For these reasons, this is why civilian oversight is so important because bad judgments happen a lot in public office. Thank goodness we have a Supreme Court to manage things like this.
