'Clementine', a rare orange lobster, was recently rescued from a Long Island, New York supermarket and placed back into the sea.
Humane Long Island, an animal protection NGO, released footage of the rescue, which took place in a local Stop & Shop.
According to Humane Long Island's president John Di Leonardo, Clementine is one-in-30 million lobsters naturally born orange.
Di Leonardo said a local animal shelter contacted them after spotting Clementine in a supermarket. Humane Long Island attended the spot and negotiated her release without paying money for her.
After rescuing her and mixing seawater with the supermarket water to acclimate her, Clementine was released into the wild and swam away.
