31 Settlements are being evacuated in Donbass. Also, there's blackouts in Pokrovsk and Myrnograd while the Russian Armed Forces are pushing from the east. Vladimir Putin and Zelensky have both spoken about Kursk today and it looks like Zelensky might consider to withdraw from Kurs
