Biography:

In 1995 Sebastian attended the first Bunker parties and discovered his love for electronic music, finally starting to DJ in 1998 under the name Sebastian Keks.
100% vinyl dj with full dedication, his sound is characterized by the techno of the nineties.

Sebastian and his twin brother founded the crew Umweltpumpe1 in October 2000, which limited itself to techno events in the first few years.
In 2002 Umweltpumpe1 became a small techno label (Up1 Records).

Sebastian was resident dj at Triebwerk Dresden from 2004 until closing in 2013.

In 2014, he launched the event series Nachteulen and Berlin Techno into being.

In 2005, umweltpumpe1 organized the first party under the name Gepflegtes Klopfen at Triebwerk Dresden, followed by others in Germany and Poland.

2024 saw the launch of another project, Gepflegtes Klopfen series, a podcast channel where the focus is on publishing techno sets from different djs, without schikki mikki.
