Planks for Progress: (Day 20) Improving Core Strength [Detox Unit 'Adapt'] {New PR}

Day 20 of my 30-day planking challenge, and I'm now comfortably in the four-minute plank range. I've still got some work to do to make it to a five-minute plank, and even beyond, but I'm committed to the goal and I will do everything I can to satisfy and achieve this standard within the next nine days. What I don't? I'll keep working until I get it done. If it takes another three days, six, or even nine, I will achieve what I set out to do. That's the mindset we should all have when pursuing objectives we care about. If it's important enough for us to dream about, and then come up with an outline of steps to make it happen, I can almost guarantee, if you commit yourself 100%, you will achieve what you set out to do.
