Lili and the Kittens

This is the story of how our cat moms, Lili and Quickie, raised their babies together.

With just one day apart, Lili and Quickie gave birth to a total of 14 kittens! At first, each cat mom had her own little box for her babies. But after two days, we decided to try a little experiment. While the moms were busy eating, we placed all the kittens into one big box—one mom’s kittens on one side and the other’s on the other side.

When the first cat mom came back from eating, she (shock!!) snuggled up with the other mom’s kittens. Surprisingly, the second mom didn’t stress or think twice about it—she simply took care of the others! Within an hour, both moms were cozied up together in the middle of a big pile of sleeping kittens.

From that moment on, they raised all 14 kittens together, sharing everything—nursing, cleaning, and protecting their babies. It didn’t matter which kitten belonged to whom; if one needed milk, any available mom would do. And the kittens didn’t care either—they were just happy to find a spot to nurse!

All 14 kittens survived, grew up healthy and beautiful, and have since found loving homes of their own.
