Southern China braces for super typhoon Yagi

China's southern provinces of Hainan and Guangdong began to prepare on Thursday (September 5) for the arrival of super typhoon Yagi. Fishing boats returned to the harbor and shelters were prepared ahead of its expected landfall along Hainan's tropical coast, in what could be the most powerful storm to hit in nearly a decade.
