◾ A tale of two neighboring cities on how they treat their taxpayers revenue just by looking at both sides of the same street.
◾ The mayor of Citrus Heights, CA says that California politics is 'EVIL' and decides to pack up everything and move his family and his belongings and go to Kentucky leaving the city with no mayor or direction.
