He begins with a powerful prayer and proclamation over people who are involved in litigation issues. He states the message for tonight is basically a Watchman's Alert. With his military background he refers to the current SitRep (Situation Report) as hostile. It involves identifying the plans and strategies of the enemy. A sub-title for this message could be Marine Spirits. Take the spiritual warfare fight to the waters! Demonic activity can extend to the oceans, seas, lakes and rivers. Chaos, death, destruction, demonic portals and marine spirits can be activated and manifesting in the water. He believes because blood was shed, the soil was contaminated and defiled in Oscarville, which left an open portal for demonic strongholds to come in and set up house. Oscarville, GA was a prominent black town. Because of satan and his demonic activity it became a town of racial cleansing. We know how demonic entities can come into a region and set up strongholds. Over the years ninety-eight percent of black people ended up leaving their homes or being murdered because they refused to leave. Thousands of people lost their lives. The land that once belonged to these people was sold to the government, and by 1950 the plan to build Lake Lanier was in full effect. The water was needed to funnel into Atlanta, GA some fifty miles away. Oscarville was covered up by billions of gallons of water by the Army Corp of Engineers to form the lake. There have been close to one thousand deaths since the lake was created. Many of these deaths are thought to be a result of paranormal activity (or because of curses as Kernaa points out). He addresses various manifestations of marine spirit symptoms, along with things such as bloodshed which can defile the land. A plethora of Scriptures are shared. The service concludes with deliverance prayers and ministry.
