Freeze Drying Elderberries and Making a Tincture!

Awhile back we went out and harvested some wild Elderberries and now we are going to freeze dry them. BONUS footage of making a tincture. Although we are using the leftovers from the ferment, this is the same process to use when using the freeze dried ones!
