Brevoort Lake is a 17,120 acre inland lake in the state of Michigan, in the upper section of the lower Michigan. We camped overnight at Burt Lake State Park. We didn’t even get a bite on this lake we tried several areas with no luck, I believe that the Mayfly hatch was affecting the fish bite as they had so much natural food. This is a funny video of my wife and myself going out fishing with a new electric motor on our old canoe. The electric motor was a birthday gift for my wife and she had only used it a couple times, it is very quiet, and she did not realize it was still running, very slowly but running. After I had put the anchor down I was preparing to fish I noticed out of the corner of my eye that the canoe was going in circles, my wife was not paying attention as she had gotten her hook stuck in her rain jacket button loop and was trying to remove it. I asked “is the motor still running”, lol it was.
