25-Minute LIFT with Dumbbells

This 25-minute strength workout is sure to make you feel the muscular burn. You will go through 6 exercises 2 rounds through with a short rest between each set. There is a complete bodyweight warm up to prepare for the heavy lifting and includes a cool down to begin the regeneration process of the muscles worked.

Equipment you may want to have available: a yoga mat, dumbbells (today I am using 10's and 15's) and a good cattitude! Shoes and equipment are always optional as these exercises can all be done bodyweight.
