Russia strikes military institute and hospital in central Ukraine's Poltava city

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says more than 50 people have been killed and 219 injured in a Russian missile strike on the city of Poltava.

The Ukrainian Training Center of Communications has been partially destroyed in the attack. Rescue workers are digging through the rubble looking for survivors.
