You know guys, I found it really amazing that Stan Lee, the man who created the Marvel Comics universe, was inspired with this simple catch phrase. That this catch phrase just has so much meaning in more ways than one, especially for us as Christians. It's a living example, of not just what's in this morning's scripture, but I believe of this verse above, in how we are to with Christ's help, move forward, onward, and upward, not in denial, with Christ at our side, knowing that whatever mistakes we've made, we've been forgiven of, and to embrace that forgiveness.
It's why I'd like to share this question from this morning's devotional with all of you tonight, and I pray that this question will cause your heart to think about what it means to move forward and onward in Christ Jesus.

Why do you tend to look forward or backward in your life and in your faith?

Tonight, my friends, I'd like to share some things that God showed me not just out of this morning's scripture, but also with other passages of scripture I have read on this issue before, through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that what I get to share with you, will encourage you to see that you can embrace the forgiveness and purpose that God gives you. So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to leave you with this question from this morning's devotional, and I pray that they will help you to see how you can move past the past without living in denial, but be able to move forward, upward and onward, to God's greater glory.

How can you let go of past mistakes and move forward?

I pray tonight, my friends, that whatever past regret, whatever mistake, whatever situation you went through, that Satan is trying to dangle in front of your face, to make you feel inferior, that you will take that, give it over to the lord, and allow the lord to set you free of it. If you already confess that sin, live in the knowledge that you are free in Christ, and let Satan know to back off! Most of all, my friends, I pray that you'll realize that in Christ you can relinquish those regrets and press upward and onward to God's greater glory, through embracing the forgiveness and purpose that God has so graciously offered you. Excelsior!
