Jenna Ortega HATES Gender Swaps | Wants MORE Original Characters

Jenna Ortega said in a recent interview promoting her upcoming Tim Burton sequel Beetlejuice Beetlejuice that she doesn’t want a female James Bond and thinks original movies should be created for women instead of taking what was created for men.

In recent years Hollywood has been trying repeatedly to gender and race swap popular characters in an effort to represent groups many within the industry claim are marginalized. Jenna Ortega rejects this notion and calls such a practice hand-me-down roles. This is pretty insulting to members of these various groups since it implies they can only get a worthwhile role if it initially belonged to a white man, otherwise it’s not worth while.
