UPDATE - Siezed Car History Details and Research

Thought I'd do an update while staying up on night watch. I summarise what I found out about the car and what info is on public databases. I also recap on some mapping I did during the day while without a working laptop or phone. Thankfully I could record and upload this later on tablet. Gotta keep this platform up to date because our oppressors aren't letting us have any peace.
