TRUMP BUTLER, PA RALLY SECURITY TRAINED BY WEBINAR

The title of this video pretty much says it all. In this FOX News clip, Missouri Republican Senator Josh Hawley tells Jesse Watters that whistleblowers informed him that the security detail at President Trump’s rally in Butler, Pennsylvania where the assassination attempt occurred was not a Secret Service detail. The whistleblowers informed Hawley that they were inexperienced agents from the Department of Homeland Security, and that their only training was a 2 hour webinar, in which the audio was only working for half of the webinar.

Will someone please explain to me how this was the only security detail available for that rally when President Trump has had 100% military security for the past six years? WHAT HAPPENED?
