Pressing & Shoulders

After a ramp up set, I did working sets of Incline Dumbbell Press in the 4-7 rep range
-
Next, for a secondary movement I opted for the Hoist ROC-IT Machine Press for sets of 10+ reps
-
For direct shoulder work I hit the Lifefitness Later Raise Machine. Now that it’s been a few weeks of doing these, the movement is “grooved in” so it feels great going a bit heavier within the 10+ rep range, 1-0 RIR with the last set to failure
-
Last, to tie it all together I did some “Louie’s” or Barbell Pushups for 20+ rep sets to finish off my chest and anterior delts
