4 Surprising Gluten-Free Recipes Using Baking Soda for a Healthier You
1. Gluten-Free Healthy Banana Bread
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 1/2 cups rice flour or gluten-free flour blend
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional: 1/2 cup nuts or dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
