Making life Simple is the Soul. The truth is simple, it is a knowing

Ego or Soul
Fear or Love
Protect or grow
Negative or positive

Bringing awareness to the choices above will
Instantly help big life changing transformations

Everything that falls under the Soul, has the same influence on the body, onto the world and to others

In life we can break everything down to a choice

Let us bring awareness to our conversations with others. Each layer of the conversation can be broken down to a question ego or soul?

This powerful question will help us learn more about life and others as we connect the truth

The soul is love, joy, free, simple, powerful, magical, light - bring awareness to these words

We get to be the soul in every moment when we start to break all things down to a choice

Become the observer to others, be there to understand, no judgement solely to understand

Break down the following to ego or soul, and instantly create a spectrum to life

All created through awareness. The soul is simple.

When we connect the dots from the duality, the truth will always present itself to us

Let us explore examples of how we can break down the duality of ego and soul within conversations to others

Face expressions
Put the person on mute and pay attention to their face expressions

What would face expression would be ego and what would be the soul?

Body Language - are they tense, do they look calm? Do they look sluggish and lifeless or are they beaming with energy?

Movement - look out for the fidgeting/ tapping/biting or are they still and peaceful?

The tone of their voice - is there a lot of start stops or do the words flow out

Cursing is the ego

The smell of others, what would you identify the ego?

Listen to their focus - do they talk about themselves, do they focus on others, do they include?

There are so many ways we can breakdown conversations to a choice whilst being the observer

Notice what comes up for you?
