The Israelites for the first time in their journey to the Promised Land, begin to worship pagan gods. What is God's tolerance toward sin? In society today, we see that where sin is tolerant, deterioration occurs. Where are you tolerant of sin in your own walk with Christ? After 40 years of wandering in the desert due to the 40 days the spies were gone, a second census was conducted of the tribes of Israel. Even throughout all of the sin, we can see that God still kept His promises and protected those that loved Him and were called to His purpose. How does God keeping His promises translate in your own life? Come along with Amy as she teaches us about God's just nature. He shows no partiality or favoritism, as we see when God tells Moses that he may see the Promised Land, but he cannot enter into it due to his earlier rebellion. Who will God anoint as the next leader of Israel to take them into the Promised Land, and what is the connection to Jesus?

This is a verse-by-verse Bible study, allowing deep understanding and context of God's Word. This audio-only recording was adapted from a live Zoom meeting that originally took place on 09/01/24.
