Excited to share my ballet workout routine with you all! 💃💪 Remembering the basics of ballet, starting with the second position. Keeping the toes slightly pointed out, engaging the glutes and core, we gracefully bend our knees and lower into a plie. It's important to keep those knees back and maintain proper form throughout. Today, we're challenging ourselves with 20 repetitions of grand plies. Let's strengthen those legs and feel the burn! 🔥🩰 #BalletFitness #LegDay #GracefulWorkout
