Is it biblical to say Mary is a co-redeemer with Christ?

Many bishops and theologians believe the Church should solemnly declare another Marian dogma the faithful have always believed: the Blessed Virgin’s role as Co-Redemptrix and Mediatrix of All Graces. One of those theologians is Dr. Mark Miravalle, who returns to unpack the doctrine of Mary as Co-Redemptrix and Mediatrix and explain why he believes the Church should dogmatically define it.
