Big Build to Prove One Point: Markets vs. Government

Currently the US Government is getting in the way of Nippon Steel buying US Steel. That isn't good, but worse is the effect that stopping mergers has on the economy in general. When a company can't sell to who they want - when they want - less investors will invest and less entrepreneurs will take the risk of starting a business.
