Just a few days ago the was a patient smoking crack at the coffee bar in the hospital next to other people near the main entrance. Welcome to BC's NDP wonderful healthcare system, as with the still extreme shortage of nurses the BC government has the mentality of "throw the baby out with the bath water" approach to healthcare.

Let's just expose, paitents, the elderly, children and visitors to the crack smoke along with what over stressed is staff left that have to deal with a broken system and care for people along the way.
