A No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Parfait is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that layers creamy cheesecake filling with fresh strawberries and a crunchy graham cracker base. Here's how you can make it:

Ingredients:
For the Graham Cracker Layer:

1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
For the Cheesecake Layer:

8 oz (1 package) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
For the Strawberry Layer:

1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1-2 tablespoons sugar (optional, to macerate strawberries)
Instructions:
Prepare the Graham Cracker Layer:

In a small bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter (and sugar if using) until it resembles wet sand.
Set aside.
Prepare the Cheesecake Layer:

In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue beating until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated. Set aside.
Prepare the Strawberry Layer:

If desired, sprinkle sugar over the sliced strawberries and let them sit for about 10 minutes to release their juices and soften.
Assemble the Parfaits:

In serving glasses or jars, add a layer of the graham cracker crumbs.
Spoon a layer of the cheesecake mixture on top of the crumbs.
Add a layer of the sliced strawberries.
Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with strawberries on top.
Chill:

Refrigerate the parfaits for at least 1 hour to allow the layers to set and the flavors to meld together.
Serve:

Garnish with extra graham cracker crumbs, a dollop of whipped cream, or a whole strawberry on top before serving.
