The September 11 Attacks - Carol Ciemiengo's footage incl. FLIR ThermaCAM (editor's cut)

This video contains the files « Infraspection 1.avi » to « Infraspection 11.avi », which have been released to the public by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). I added some additional footage which was released through NIST FOIA #09-42 request, and which is not available on NIST's cloud server.

The visible timestamp of the camera is off by about +75 sec, so events happened 1 minute 15 seconds earlier than displayed.
Carol Conti née Ciemiengo had a work assignment at another building at Church Street & Barclay Street on September 11. Therefore, she had a FLIR Systems ThermaCAM PM390 camera available.
I intentionally do not comment on her thermographic images. I only ask viewers to consider that these cameras measure temperatures on the surface. Also, that the distance from the rather low vantage point high up to the top of the twin towers with certainty affected the temperature measurement.
The rooftop footage has been shot from an 11-story office building which was, in 2001, the headquarters of the Moody's Corporation. It has meanwhile been replaced by the Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown skyscraper.

I refrain from digital image manipulation. In my opinion, any so-called 'enhancement', as observed in similar video creations elsewhere, is tampering with evidence. I consider this video document as material evidence in the disaster investigation. My objective is to use as much raw footage as ever available for a highly authentic document, and to avoid edited material if possible. I also preserved artifacts 'as is', and the three short FOIA patches had been negatively "enhanced" and also have encountered earlier compression losses.
However, I adapted all footage to NTSC standard (SD), doubled the frame rate to 59.94 fps (60000/1001), and restored the audio of the NIST files. I was not able to restore the audio of two short FOIA patches, 3.6 sec and 1.2 sec. Someone had previously added a significant amount of electronic noise to the FOIA version, which is not present on the audio track of the raw footage. That might also explain why NIST has cut consecutive footage into several clips with these seconds missing.
Though working with, whenever possible, uncompressed footage, Rumble is using their own encoding service and compression standards.

Times have been established through synchronization with Cindy Weil's, Andrea Star Reese's and Scott Myers' footage, which is cross checked with CNN and 1010 WINS News Radio. I was not able to independently verify the timestamp of the infrared camera.
