UP 4014 Big Boy Visits South Louisiana 2021

I'm posting this video that I took in Aug 2021 of the Union Pacific 4014 Big Boy from YouTube.

Union Pacific 4014 Big Boy was follow coming into Krotz Springs and entering the Atchafalaya River Bridge. On the second day, I was able to capture it departing Livonia UP yard and again in Vacherie LA.

Big Boy No. 4014 is Union Pacific steam locomotive delivered in December of 1941. It was retired in 1961 after traveling a little more than a million miles, was reacquired by Union Pacific in 2013, and restored to service in 2019.
