Isaiah 4

This chapter is a continuation of the previous two chapters of prophecy.

In the previous chapter, we are told of the terrible judgment of Judah. This chapter is still speaking of that judgment.

Isa 4:6: In that day, Judah will have a shelter of sukkah for refuge and protection.

That refuge and protection is likely the righteousness of following Torah.
(Isa 32:1-2, Matt. 7:21-27).
