Untrained personnel open fire on anything that moves. They wound and kill their comrades because they panic and have very little tactical awareness.
We don't know what is worse: the fact ISW mocks how stupid AFU is, or maybe they deliberately kill each other, or they simply are not built to fight. Either way, not a rosy picture.
