Between harvesting wild herbs and making a wild ocean crossing, we have been busy. We visited one of the Aran Islands, Inis Oirr, details below. If you are interested in finding out more about wild plants, take a look at my books, The Weed Handbooks, https://www.danusirishherbgarden.com/.... Each book is a collection of monographs of wild herbs and more. Cards and Flower Essences are also available from the shop.
If you would like to learn more about such wonderful plants consider taking one of my courses - find out more here - https://www.danusirishherbgarden.com/... there is an Introduction to Herbal Medicine course and Finding a Plant Ally/Making a Flower Essence course. There is also the Wise Woman Way training which is a transpersonal course following the Celtic Wheel of the Year. Throughout the year we celebrate the eight fire festivals and work with the Divine Feminine to find the Goddess within, whilst engaging with healing past trauma and working with Plant Allies. https://www.danusirishherbgarden.com/...

Thanks so much to Lol for filming, editing and music. Lol can be found on YouTube here - / @lolhardiman5247 and at his website here - https://lolhardimanmusic.com/
Thanks to Lucas for the wonderful accordion playing.
Inis Oirr - pronounced Inisheer, is the smallest of the Aran Islands off the west coast of Galway. A peaceful and friendly place with a surprising amount of history and it was wonderful meeting the two lovely women in the Community Centre, thanks for the welcome. The exhibition featuring Lol's work is currently displayed at Arás Éanna - https://aras-eanna.ie/en/ and here are details of the exhibition itself - https://aras-eanna.ie/en/project/bodh...
If you would like to make a bid on any of the bodhráns, here is the link.

Thanks for watching, have a great week! xx
