Welcome to Elbit Systems - the #Elbit7 visit Elbit's UK HQ and #ShutElbitDown

Now that our trial is finally over, I’ve been able to put together the cctv and police footage from our Nakba Day action at Elbit’s HQ in Bristol, back in May 2022. At the time, we were remanded in prison, repressed with ankle tags and have since been sentenced in the crown court.

The Israeli genocide of the Palestinian people has been going on far longer than October; what we have seen in Palestine over the last 318 days has been its final stages. The death toll has now surpassed 40,000. Over 16,000 children have been murdered. Entire bloodlines have been wiped off the ancestry register.

Meanwhile, our government continue to support Israel through arms manufacturing and sales. They are more than complicit, they are actively participating.
Meanwhile, the Filton 6 have been held in cells under the prevention of terrorism act, after taking action in Bristol. They are now on remand in prison, facing an unprecedented list of charges and have been refused the right to contact their families.

Meanwhile, fires have been lit intending to kill refugees housed in our hotels. Fascists and Neo Nazis storming our streets are simply ‘pro British’ demonstrators, while those fighting to end a genocide and the UK’s role in it are terrorists. I long to see a day where every prison is torn down, but until then - the disparity between the custodial sentences given to leftists and those given to the far right is contemptible and a reality we should not ignore.

We have been living under an authoritarian police state for years now. This new government is not new at all, behind a red logo you will still find Tory policies and racist rhetoric. They will not bring us a better future.
If you take anything away from the strengthening anti fascist presence across the country, and unwavering support for Palestine - let it be that we are all we have.

Strong communities make police obsolete and we need this strength now more than ever. 🇵🇸
