Up to 11 reported dead as Tropical Storm Yagi lashes Philippines

Floods and landslides caused by Tropical Storm Yagi have killed at least a dozen people in the Philippines.
It’s forecast to intensify as it heads north and then to Hong Kong in the coming days.
