The number 9 represents the Spirit-bearing fruit (positive). The number 9 also represents judgment (negative). It represents finality and completeness,

Matthew 27:46

At this time, Jesus said, “it is finished”. Galatians in the 9th book in the Biblt has 9 fruit of the Spirit. The no 9, could also mark the start of a cycle or the end of it.

Birthing
God started to specifically speak of “birthing”
Birthing of dreams, destines and callings
Saw different groups of people, some were barren, and some were at the point of birth, but not birthing.

Luke 1:36-37
Look, even Elizabeth your relative has conceived a son in her old age, and she who was called barren is in her sixth month. For nothing will be impossible with God."

Isaiah 54, God is speaking to a “barren nation” who is exiled and is calling them to a home homing.
Due to their sin, they felt that God who was their source of fruitfulness had divorced them.
But Isaiah says these words to them,

Isaiah 54:1-5

Sing, barren woman, you who never bore a child;

burst into song, shout for joy, you who were never in labor;

because more are the children of the desolate woman

2 “Enlarge the place of your tent,

stretch your tent curtains wide,

do not hold back;

lengthen your cords,

strengthen your stakes.

3 For you will spread out to the right and to the left;

your descendants will dispossess nations

and settle in their desolate cities.

4 “Do not be afraid; you will not be put to shame.

Do not fear disgrace; you will not be humiliated.

You will forget the shame of your youth

and remember no more the reproach of your widowhood.

5 For your Maker is your husband—

the Lord Almighty is his name—

the Holy One of Israel is your Redeemer;

he is called the God of all the earth.

God is canceling any generational curse of barrenness over your life

Jeremiah 22:29

O earth, earth, earth,

Hear the word of the Lord!

30 Thus says the Lord:

‘Write this man down as childless,

A man who shall not prosper in his days;

For none of his descendants shall prosper,

Sitting on the throne of David,

And ruling anymore in Judah.’ ”

There will be acceleration

Isaiah 66:7-9

7 “Before the birth pains even begin, Jerusalem gives birth to a son.

8 Who has ever seen anything as strange as this? Who ever heard of such a thing? Has a nation ever been born in a single day? Has a country ever come forth in a mere moment? But by the time Jerusalem’s birth pains begin, her children will be born.

9 Would I ever bring this nation to the point of birth and then not deliver it?” asks the LORD . “No! I would never keep this nation from being born,” says your God.

Amos 9:13
“Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that the plowman shall overtake the reaper, and the treader of grapes him that soweth seed; and the mountains shall drop sweet wine, and all the hills shall melt.” (KJV)

Romans 4:18-21

18 Against all hope, Abraham in hope believed and so became the father of many nations, just as it had been said to him, “So shall your offspring be.”[d] 19 Without weakening in his faith, he faced the fact that his body was as good as dead—since he was about a hundred years old—and that Sarah’s womb was also dead. 20 Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, 21 being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised. 22
