Daddys Boxer Shorts Quilt! 🙃💝

I'm so excited to share my new project with you!

After my daddy passed away almost 5 years ago, I went through his clothing before it was gifted to someone who could use them. When I saw all the prints and fabrics of his boxer shorts, it suddenly occured to me that I could make an amazing quilt out of them. Five years later, I've finally taken them out of storage and began researching the perfect style of quilt. I really wanted this quilt to be special. After searching for several weeks, I found an amazing method and style called English Paper Piecing. It's done entirely by hand and I knew right away this would be the perfect way to honor and remember my daddy.

If you know Tom Croft, you know he's getting quite the laugh that his oldest daughter is making a quilt from his underwear. 🤣
