Depression, low mood, poor self-esteem, anxiety, and trauma all suck. The key is having the right tools to help. Treatment, medication, nutrition, healthy relationships, a solid support network of friends and family, a healthy environment, routine, good habits, discipline, making THE CHOICE to try and keep positive, and getting counseling to deal with the traumas and stressors 'head on' are all options.

Which and how many of these will you choose? Honestly, you should opt for as many of these as you can, and it'll help even more if you're getting these tips from regular people who have lived through it themselves!

Our channel is going to be EXACTLY that... Advice from people who have lived it. What worked for them, how they did it, and what keeps them on track. We'll have guests on and sometimes I'm just going to get in front of camera and give my perspective on the happenings in life.

2 Buds, 1 Shroom is going to be a rad community of people who want to improve their life and are willing to put in the work to do it. Therapy, Nutrition and Medication can be fantastic tools... But they're tools YOU have to work.

Oh, I mentioned Ketamine Therapy and Psychedelic Medicine in this video, and I promise I'll fill in more detail on those in a later video; but, it's important to understand that psychedelic therapeutic medicine isn't for everyone! For some people, it's not an option due to their underlying health conditions.

That said... Psychedelic culture itself is pretty "interesting" to say the least, so we think psych culture needs a spotlight too.
