A customer with a wood mill brings in the impeller from the extraction system with a broken blade for the third time. They had me repair other blades over the last few years. This time I get to use my new WAZER PRO waterjet in cutting the shapes of aluminum out to fabricate the replacement. The blades in the impeller are riveted in place and I follow the same practice with rivets I have in hand.
