The Constitution clearly states the requirements for the VP are the same as those required for the president. The vice president must have been a natural born in the United States (or on U.S. soil abroad), must be at least 35 years old and must have spent at least 14 years of his or her life as a resident in the United States. There has been an on-going lawsuit since 2020 regarding Kamala's ineligibility to run for VP. The courts have kicked it down the road. Juan keeps saying The Constitution is unclear about the requirements for VP. Not true at all. Maybe there is a reason he's saying what he's saying. IDK.

I’m so confused. When President Trump was waiting for the ODNI Report he was still President & thus it was HIS OWN MAN. So, he could have fired the man & bring in a temp like Flynn or Kash to run it for the duration as Acting DHS. That told me HE NEEDED THE REPORT TO BE DENIED TO HIM on time. AND, WHAT’S ONTIME? He said 45 days but it still would have blown the 2020 Election Fraud wide open… Thus no reason for the upcoming Pause…WE’VE BEEN IN ONE SINCE 01/01:21. The head of DHS could have easily been kicked out!! But they weren’t…??!!!
