Rooney advocates for military service academies

Congressman Francis Rooney made an appearance at Florida Gulf Coast University on Saturday to encourage high school students in his district to apply for Service Academy nominations. Each member of congress is allowed to nominate up to ten individuals for a position at any one of America's military service academies.
