Make it homemade and make it with loveSave a bit of money and treat your family at the same time by making homemade bread. Super easy, and very tasty.

2 1/2 cups of warm water (not hotter than 110ºF)
2 Tablespoons sugar or honey
2 1/4 teaspoon yeast
**mix and let yeast bloom 5 minutes
2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons salt
5-6 cups Bread or All Purpose flour (if using AP flour add 3 Tbsp. vital wheat glulten)
**start by adding 2-3 cups, then slowly add more as needed
**Once the dough has cleared the edges of the bowl and is no longer sticking to your fingers when it is touched you are done adding flour
**Knead 5 minutes, then rest covered 30-45 minutes
**Divide into 2-3 equal pieces
**With a very small amount of flour to help, stretch each piece of dough into a large rectangle and roll up into a log. Tuck the ends under
**Place logs on a parchment lined baking sheet with a few inches between.
**Cover and let rise 45-60 minutes
**Preheat oven to 425ºF
**Once loaves have more than doubled, bake for 20 minutes (until the internal temperature reaches at least 190ºF)
**Cool on a cooling rack.
**Freezes well if wrapped in plastic and placed in a freezer bag. Will keep for 30 days in the freezer. Just let bread sit on the counter to defrost.
